Attorney W. Craig Aulenbach of Louisville; ethical gremlin

The state of Kentucky presented W. Craig Aulenbach with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Louisville of Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to notify client of receipt of funds
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on KentuckySupreme Court the punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (November 2014), Craig practices at 611 Rothbury Lane in Louisville, Kentucky.
