Attorney Mark Nale of Waterville, ME; ethical dwarf

The state of Maine presented Mark J. Nale with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School.

The Maine Board of Overseers of the found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to obtain informed consent of client re: conflict of interest

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary warning

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Mark practices with the Nale Law Offices LLC at 58 Elm Street in Waterville, Maine.
