Attorney Russell Brabham of Shreveport; ethical gremlin

The state of Louisiana presented Russell O. Brabham with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Louisiana State University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Russ guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Russ was criminally convicted for driving under the influence (DUI).

In another matter, Russ pleaded no contest to the criminal charge of improper telephone communications.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Russ by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year stayed suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Russ.

As we speak (ca) November 2014) Russ practices at 2924 Knight Street in Shreveport, Louisiana.
