The state of Louisiana presented Christian M. Goudeau with a law license in 1981.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Christian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made false statements to others
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
