Attorney Bita Azimi of Calabasas, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Bita M. Azimi with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Southwestern University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California State Bar found Bita guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bita found it acceptable to falsely report to the State Bar that she was in compliance with her MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education) requirements when in fact she had not completed any of the necessary courses.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Bita by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Bita practices at 4085 Meadow Lark Drive in Calabasas, Calfiornia, which is located in Los Angeles County.
