Attorney David Bacon of Knoxville; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided David Lee Bacon with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to advise client of court date
• Failed to attend client’s hearing
• Negligence led judgment being rendered against client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure, which was his third.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Dave practices at 4601 Clinton Highway in Knoxville, Tennessee.
