Attorney David Nakahara of Las Vegas; moron, repeat offender

The state of California provided David Yoshio Nakahara with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The California State Bar Court found Dave of the following misconduct.

• Failed to deposit $7,500 settlement check into client trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain sufficient funds in trust account to cover medical liens he agreed to pay on client’s behalf
• Wrote check on insufficient account (rubber)
• Violated terms of disciplinary probation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously disciplined two (2) times for engaging in a variety of misconduct, including his failed to perform competent legal services (Moron).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014) Dave practices at 8016 West Shelbourne Avenue in Las Vegas, Nevada.
