Attorney Robert Richbourg of Tifton, GA; convicted felon

The state of Georgia presented Robert Bruce Richbourg with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The State Bar of Georgia found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby was convicted of two felony counts of false imprisonment. Subsequently, Bobby was sentenced under the First Offender Act to ten years on probation and ordered to pay fees and fines, and to perform 200 hours of community service work.

Bobby was also required to attend and undergo alcohol testing and treatment if recommended after evaluation, and for the term of his probation. Bobby was also prohibited from possessing weapons of any nature.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Tony practices with RBR Consulting Services LLC at 1814 Murray Avenue in Tifton, Georgia.
