The state of Vermont presented Brian Lawrence Boyle with a law license in 2000

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct involving the scope of his representation of client
• Failed to act with candor when dealing with tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
