The state of Hawaii presented William Fenton Sink with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Uttered statements with reckless disregard for the truth
• Made conclusory statements re: Judge Ahn and Chief Justice Moon relying on humor, innuendo and hearsay
  Reckless statements made to embarrass, burden or harass Judge Ahn and Chief Justice Moon because of their Korean heritage
• Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal
• Made statements knowing they were false re: the qualifications and/or integrity of Judge Ahn and Chief Justice Moon

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Billy practices with the Law Office of William Fenton Sink and 735 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
