Attorney Earle Partington of Honolulu; ethical misfit

The state of Hawaii presented Earle A. Partington with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Kent Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Earle guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
  • Refused to admit wrongful nature of misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Earle by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

It should be noted that Earle was indefiniety suspended by the Navy’s Office of the Judge Advocate General and suspended for one-year by the Dept. of United States Navy-Marine Corps. Court of Criminal Appeals for engaging in the aforementioned misconduct.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Earle practices at 1001 Bishop Street in Honolulu, Hawaii.
