Attorney Gerald Johnson of Wailuku, HI; ethical goblin

The state of Hawaii presented Gerald T. Johnson with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Gerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Disobeyed court orders
• Failed to complete representation prior to withdrawing
• Failed to respond to client phone calls
• Failed to timely return client documents to client upon withdrawal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2014), Gerry practices with the Law Office of Gerald Johnson at 1325 Lower Main Street in Wailuku, Hawaii.
