Attorney Robert Kim of Kealakekua, HI; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Robert D.S. Kim with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Made false statements to ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Bobby!)
• Represented client in matters directly adverse to interests of another client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

On his self-serving website at www.robertdskim.net, Bobby makes no mention of the misconduct aforementioned. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information so as to not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2014), Bobby practices with Robert D.S. Kim Inc. at 81-6627 Mamalahoa Highway in Kealakekua, Hawaii.
