Attorney Thomas Fronczek of Las Vegas; ethical elf

The state of Nevada presented Thomas M. Fronczek with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

•             Failed to supervise a non-lawyer assistant
•             Failed to communicate with client
•             Assisted non-attorney in illegal practice of law
•             Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Tommy!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Tommy’s law license will be reinstated at the end of March 2015, which means he’ll be practicing in Las Vegas, Nevada.
