Today’s “IHOP (Flip-Flop” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Ricky. In the past, he has been the recipient of eight (8) Awards in various categories and/or the subject of five (5) opinion pieces. Those awards and opinion pieces are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Ricky laughingly fashions himself as a potential presidential candidate. In Ricky’s April 2014 book entitled: “Blue Collar Conservatives: Recommitting to an America that works,” Ricky argues that “Republicans should resist the temptation to dismiss all the talk about declining mobility” and do more to connect with “working Americans.”

In his book, Ricky went on to say:

• “Today, large businesses are doing well, and stock and commodity prices are strong.”
•  “If you are an owner or investor, life has been pretty good.”
• “But for workers, it’s a different story…We have to admit that for the people at the bottom, that’s what it feels like these days—just a trickle.”

However, during a recent (04/28/14) appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Rickey flip-flopped in advocating for workers in his book by arguing against increasing the minimum wage.

It is obvious that Ricky will say or do anything to curry favor with the Tea Party and/or right-wing conservatives in his lame and inept attempt to garner the GOP presidential nomination in 2016.

Ricky’s only chance of becoming the GOP’s presidential nominee in 2016 is if the voting rules are changed in the Republican primary that would disqualify any voter with an I.Q. in triple digits.

Congrats Ricky; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Flip-Floppers”; you are far too humble.
