Attorney Terrance Marren of Mesquite, NV; ethical dwarf The state of The Nevada Judicial Commission found Terrance guilty of the following misconduct. At the time of his misconduct, Terrance was employed as a District Court judge in Family Court in In the case of Lombardo v. Lombardo, it took Terrance almost one year before he rendered a decision after the case was submitted for decision to him. In the case of Breitenfeldt v. Breitenfeldt, it took Terrance twenty (20) months before he rendered a decision after the case was submitted for decision to him. In the case of Heyborne v. Heyborne, it took Terrance eighteen (18) months before he rendered a decision after the case was submitted for decision to him. Nevada Court rules required Terrance to issue rulings within 90 days. Clearly, the unfortunate litigants that appeared in his so-called court were the true victims of his extreme laziness. As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Terrance by gifting him with a complimentary censure. As we speak (ca.
