Attorney John Boulger of Fargo; ethical misfit

The state of North Dakota presented John V. Boulger with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of North Dakota Law College.

The Disciplinary Board charged Johnny with the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny found it acceptable to draft a codicil and a will for a client that included provisions giving Johnny a substantial contingent testamentary gift.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Johnny practices with Wold Johnson, P.C. at 500 Second Avenue North in Fargo, North Dakota.
