Attorney William Kirschner of Fargo; ethical dwarf

The state of North Dakota presented William Kirschner with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Fordham University Law College.

The Disciplinary Board charged Billy with the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Engaged in conduct intended to disrupt a tribunal
3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
4. Failed to expedite client’s litigation
5. Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
