Attorney James Carroll of Rutland, VT; ethical misfit

The state of Vermont presented James P. Carroll with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

•  Failed to pursue client’s case
• Failed to respond to client’s inquiries
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter for three years
• Failed to respond to client’s 83 phone callsFailed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Jimmy practices in the Rutland, Vermont area.
