Attorney Lawrence Semenza II of Las Vegas; convicted tax cheat

The state of Nevada presented Lawrence J. Semenza II with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Nevada Disciplinary Board found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Larry was convicted in the federal district court in Las Vegas of willfully failing to file a federal tax return.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Nevada Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy’s law license will be reinstated at the end of March 2015, which means he’ll be practicing with his son Lawrence J. Semenza III at 10161 Park Run Drive in Las Vegas, Nevada.
