Attorney Damon Baldone of Houma, LA; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Damon Joseph Baldone with a law license in 1993

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Damon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Damon by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
