Maine Sen. Candidate Erick Bennett: Today’s “Humanitarian” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Jerome. In the past, he has been the recipient of one Screwball Award, and mentioned in a Liar Award. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Erick is a so-called conservatee from Portland, Maine who is challenging Sen. Susan Collins for the upcoming GOP nomination for the U.S. Senate.

Previously, Eric the Humanitarian was criminally convicted for domestic violence (wife beating). Eric fought the assault conviction up to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, which ruled “sufficient evidence does exist in the record to support his conviction.”

In an effort to prove he’s a true Humanitarian and Hero for victims of spousal assault, Eric said that his conviction speaks to “how much guts and integrity he has.”

The Humanitarian went on to say:
  • “The fact that I have been jailed repeatedly for not agreeing to admit to something I didn’t do should speak to the fact of how much guts and integrity I have.” (Bangor Daily News)
  • “If I go to D.C. ., I’m going to have that same integrity in doing what I say, and saying what I do, when it comes to protecting people’s rights, as well as their pocketbooks.”
I suppose if he defeats Sen. Collins and if his fellow Senators don’t do what he says, then he can further prove he’s a Humanitarian by beating the shit out of the sixteen (16) female Democrat Senators in order to prove he has the guts and integrity to protect the pocketbooks of the conservative citizens of Maine.

I’m sure Erick and those of his ilk would be thrilled if he beat the crap out of Sens. Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Jeanne Shaheen, Tammy Baldwin, Amy Klobuchar and in particular Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts.

Congrats Erick; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Understood “Humanitarians”; you are far too humble.
