The state of Tennessee provided Mitchell Jeffery Ferguson with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Nashville Law School.
 
The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Mitch guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to communicate with client
  3. Engaged in a conflict of interest
  4. Improperly terminated representation of client
  5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Mitch by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
 
As we speak (ca. October 2013) Mitch practices at 8 Public Square in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
