The state of Texas presented Craig A. Washington with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to reply to client requests for information
  • Failed to reduce the contingent fee agreement to writing as required
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished by Craig gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
