The state of Virginia presented James Douglas Fleenor with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.
Dave knowingly failed to act with due diligence (slacker).
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. October 2013), Jimmy practices with the Fleenor Law Firm at 1221 Fairmount Avenue in Bristol, Virginia.
