The state of Virginia presented David Allen Downes with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Richmond Law School. Jimmy received a law license from the State of West Virginia in 1988.
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.
Dave knowingly violated the rules that govern the safekeeping of client property.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. October 2013), Dave practices at 14 Chester Street in Front Royal, Virginia.
