The state of Virginia presented James Paul Campbell with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from William & Mary University of Virginia Law School.
The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.
Jimmy found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law while his license was suspended. Jimmy’s lucky he doesn’t practice in California because he could have been charged with a felony.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. October 2013), James practices with Campbell Flannery, P.C. at 19 East Market Street in Leesburg, Virginia.
