The state of Indiana provided Thomas William Belleperche with a law license in 1979

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Thomas guilty of the following misconduct. 

In one matter, Tommy was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, disregarding a traffic signal, performing an illegal U-turn, and reckless driving.

Before he was arrested, Tommy refused to take an alcohol test.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Thomas by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Tommy.
