The state of Louisiana presented Marvin C. Gros with a law license in 1990
 
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Marvin guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Violate duty owed to client
  3. Failed to properly supervise attorney in his office
  4. Failed to respond to court notices and deadlines
  5. Faield to keep client reasonably informed about status of legal matter
  6. Failed to provide competent legal representation (Dumbo)
  7. Engaged in legal malpractice
As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Marvin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
