Attorney Stephen Levin of Haiku, Hawaii; ethical dwarf

The state of Hawaii presented Stephen A. Levin with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the State University of New York (SUNY) Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Damon guilty of the following misconduct.

On at least two occasions, Stephen found it acceptable to engage in the practice of law despite the fact that his law license was suspended.

If Stephen engaged in this unlawful conduct in California he could have been charged with a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2013), Stephen practices at 488 Ulumalu Road in Haiku, Hawaii.
