The state of California provided Arshak Bartoumian with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from American College of Law in Brea, California, which is a 4th tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t gain acceptance at mainstream schools like UCLA, USC or Pepperdine.
The State Bar Court found Arshak guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Arshak disobeyed several court orders in connection with a civil case wherein he represented the plaintiffs.
