Attorney George Birch of Lexington, MI; convicted druggie

The state of Michigan provided George A. Birch with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Michigan State University Law School.

A disciplinary hearing panel found George guilty of the following misconduct

George was criminally convicted of possession of a controlled substance.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished George by gifting him with a complimentary 6 month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2013) George practices at 8941 Lakeshore Road in Lexington, Michigan.
