Today’s “Bullshit” Award Winner
The State of California presented Harvey Charles Berger with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.
Bobby is presently defending San Diego Mayor Bob “The Pervert” Filner in regards to at least one sexual harassment lawsuit, with more sure to follow. The present lawsuit also names the City of San Diego as a co-defendant.
Seven other women have said they were subjected to “crude and disgusting” comments and inappropriate touching – including groping and kissing – by Filner. (CNN)
Filner the Perv has been the recent recipient of massive media coverage for engaging in a plethora of sexual harassment aimed at office staff and/or others.
In response to the lawsuit against, the San Diego City Council voted 9-0 to deny The Perv’s request for taxpayers to pay his legal fees.
On July 30, 2013, Harvey the Moron openly criticized the city of San Diego for not providing sexual harassment training to the mayor. The Moron went on to say:
“If there is any liability at all, the city will almost certainly be liable for “failing to prevent harassment.”
Only a Certified Moron would have the chutzpah to blame the city for The Perv’s disgusting behavior.
The Perv was 70-years-old when he duped the voters into electing him Mayor of San Diego. To suggest that The Perv required sexual harassment training to teach him that groping women was illegal doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test.
Given his age, I suppose if The Perv were to inadvertently wet his pants, Harvey would blame it on the city because it failed to provide him with “potty training” shortly after he was elected.
