Attorney Elizabeth Amond of Pensacola; ethical misfit

The state of Florida presented Elizabeth Ann Amond with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Dayton Law School.

The Florida State Bar found Elizabeth guilty of the following misconduct.
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to provide monthly bank reconciliations to Florida Bar’s auditor as required
  • Failed to follow rule requiring trust funds held for specific purpose be applied only to that purpose
  • Failed to reimburse trust account as required
  • Wrote $25,000 check on account with insufficient funds (rubber)
As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits in Florida sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Elizabeth by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Elizabeth practices at 314 South Baylen Street in Pensacola, Florida.
