Attorney Edward Jamison of Las Vegas, NV; ethical misfit

The state of California provided Edward Brian Jamison with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Duquesne University Law School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

The State Bar Court found Edward guilty of misconduct

Edward failed to comply with probation conditions attached to a 2011 complimentary reproval he received for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Edward submitted four quarterly probation reports late, as well as proof that he completed required ethics course He also did not schedule a meeting or meet with a probation deputy as required.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Edward by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Edward.

As we speak (ca. July 2013) Edward practices 848 North Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada.
