Attorney Clark Jones-Lewis of Atlanta; ethical dwarf
The state of Georgia presented Clark Jones-Lewis with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from the Woodrow Wilson College of Law.
In one matter, Clark was hired to represent a client in a domestic case. The trial court ordered a receiver in the case to disburse $10,000 in legal fees to Clark and $2,000 a month to her client for support and maintenance.
Shortly thereafter, Clark received $14,000 but she failed to pay $4,000 representing two months of support. After the client hired another attorney and filed a grievance against her, Clark finally paid her the $4,000 in accordance with the court order.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Clark by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (ca. July 2013), Clark practices with Clark Jones-Lewis & Associates at 2479 Peachtree Road NE in Atlanta, Georgia.
