Attorney Norman White of Ludington, MI; ethical twerp

The state of Michigan provided Norman J. White with a law license in 1963.

A disciplinary hearing panel found Norman guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Norman accepted a $560.00 retainer to handle a personal bankruptcy case for a client; however, Norman failed to take any actions on his client’s behalf. He also failed to respond to his client’s repeated inquiries.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Michigan Supreme Court punished Norman by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2013) Norman practices at 317 South James Street in Ludington, Michigan.
