The state of North Dakota presented Guy Patrick Cleveland with a law license in 2000.
The Disciplinary Board found Guy guilty of the following misconduct.
Guy found it appropriate to file a pro se (self-represented) lawsuit that included allegations he absolutely knew were false.
Guy also failed to comply with mandatory discovery obligations regarding his sham lawsuit.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Guy by gifting him with a complimentary censure
As we speak (ca. May 2013), Guy practices with Cleveland Law Online, PC at 815 East 20th Street in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
