The state of North Dakota presented Timothy John Blatt with a law license in 1990.
 
The Disciplinary Board found Timothy guilty of the following misconduct.
 
Prior to moving to Wyoming, Timothy practiced law in Pennsylvania. While practicing in Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court found
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence (slacker)
  2. Commingled personal funds with those of third persons
  3. Failed to promptly notify a third person of receipt of funds belong to said person
  4. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  5. Failed to promptly deliver funds belonging to a third person
  6. Exhibited serious flaws in his judgment
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Timothy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
 
As we speak (ca. May 2013), Timothy is employed by the Park County Attorney’s Office at 109 West 14th Street in Powell, Wyoming.
