Attorney John Dickey of Fayetteville, TN; criminal, repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided John Harwell Dickey with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Cumberland Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found John guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Johnny was charged for engaging in various crimes. Subsequently, Johnny entered a so-called Best of Interest Plea to three (3) of misdemeanor reckless endangerment and one (1) count of resisting arrest in exchange for jail time, court costs, and performing 100 hours of pro bono (free) legal work.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished John by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

After Johnny wrecked his automobile, he was charged with 2nd offense DUI (Driving Under the Influence), Violation of the Implied Consent Law, and Violation of Due Care.
