Attorney Darryl Jones of Palmer, AK; idiotic loser

The state of Alaska presented Darryl L. Jones with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from California Western University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Darryl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation [idiot]
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Neglected matter entrusted to him
• Failed to comply with court-ordered discovery requests
• After the opposing party won summary judgment, failed to notify his client
• Served wrong parties re: client’s lawsuit
• Used wrong form of service of lawsuit on defendants
• Failed to promptly return client files upon termination
• Advised mother she could keep her child in Alaska to seek custody changer despite Georgia order to return the child to his father
• As result of Darryl’s stupid advise to mother re: Georgia custody order, the mother was found in contempt of court in Georgia

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Alaska Supreme Court punished Darryl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2019), Darryl practices with Jones & Associates LLC at 111 West Evergreen Avenue in Palmer, Alaska.
