Attorney G. A. Adesanya of Houston; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented G.A. Adesanya with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Texas Southern University Law School.

The 113th District Court of Harris County (Houston) found Adesanya guilty of the following misconduct.

Adesanya found it acceptable to engage in the practice of law despite the fact that his license had been suspended. Put simply, Adesanya was engaged in the unauthorized practice of law (UPL). He’s lucky he didn’t engage in this conduct in California because he could have been charged with a felony.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Adesanya by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2013) Adesanya continues to practice law in the Houston area.
