Attorney Allan Besbris of San Francisco; ethical leprechaun

The state of California provided Kenneth Lee Collins with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Allan guilty of the following misconduct.
  1. Failed to return any part of $10,000 advanced fee after being fired (crook)
  2. Charged and collected a clearly unconscionable/unreasonable fee
  3. Failed to complete legal services on clients’ behalf
  4. Failed to keep records of legal work performed
  5. Failed to promptly forward files to client’s new attorney
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  7. Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
  8. Sanctioned $1,000 by federal court
  9. Found in contempt of court for engaging in misconduct
  10. Sanctioned $6,225 by federal judge
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Allan’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. Allan previously received a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the supporters for Attorney Misfits sitting on the California Bar Court punished Allan by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 180-day suspension of his law license
As we speak (ca. March 2013) Allan practices with the Law Offices of Allan J. Besbris at 2207 Clay Street in San Francisco, California.
