The state of North Dakota presented Theresa Luan Kellington with a law license in 1995 after she graduated from McGeorge University Law College.
 
The Disciplinary Board charged Theresa with the following misconduct.
  1. Commingled client funds with personal funds
  2. Failed to properly supervise office staff
  3. Deposited unearned fees into a non-trust account
  4. Withdrew unearned fees from her law firm’s trust account
  5. Failed to make timely refunds of unearned fees
  6. Failed to refund unearned fees upon being terminated
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the North Dakota Supreme Court punished Theresa by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license. 
 
As we speak (ca. March 2013), Theresa practices with Kellington & Oster, PC at 619 Riverwood Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
