Attorney Keith Ward of Austin; ethical misfit

The state of Texas presented Keith Alan Ward with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Texas Tech University Law School.

An evidentiary panel of the District 9 Grievance Committee found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

After he received a copy of an ethics complaint, which required that he respond, Keith refused to do so. In truth, Keith told the Grievance investigators “Up Yours!”

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2013) Keith practices with the Law Offices of Keith Ward at 8656 SH 71 West in Austin, Texas.
