Attorney Ermence DeBose-Parent of New Orleans; ethical misfit

The state of Louisiana presented Ermence DeBose-Parent with a law license in 1991.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel Ermence guilty of the following misconduct.

April found it acceptable to meet with a party to a case that was represented by an attorney. Of course April well knew that it was improper to speak to such a person. She didn’t even take the time to contact the person’s attorney in order to obtain his/her permission to so act.

Of course this wasn’t April’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Ermence by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2012) Ermence practices at 7422 Springlake Drive in New Orleans, Louisiana.
