The Disciplinary Board found Walter guilty of misconduct:
  1. Failed to act diligently 
  2. Arrested three times for driving under the influence (DUI)
  3. Engaged in conduct constituting misrepresentation
  4. Altered a legal document
  5. Incompetent representation involving no-fault divorce matter
  6. Incompetent representation regarding appeal of driver license suspension
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Walter by gifting him with a complimentary 12-month suspension of his law license.
