DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro's Egregious Ethics Violations
The following complaint deals with a multitude of violations of the Code of Conduct (a) conduct that seriously interferes with the administration of justice, and (b) conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation, and (c) special responsibilities of a prosecutor. Pirro’s attacks on the judiciary and grand jurors, all of which will be addressed under appropriate headings as set forth herein.
A. Pirro’s Attacks on the Judiciary
Attacks concerning U.S. Judge James Boasberg
Attacks on U.S. Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui Ms. Pirro spewed forth the following false and defamatory statements about Judge Faruqui during a Sept 5, 2025 news conference.
B. Pirro’s Attacks on Grand Jurors
Pirro’s anger in attacking Grand Jurors emanated in cases she presented wherein the Jurors refused to grant indictments against one or more of her targets.
As an aside, in the past, I was a member of the Sacramento County Grand Jury for a one-year stint, therefore, I personally take umbrage at Pirro’s unwarranted and patently untrue statements in attacking the integrity of the DC grand jurors.
In making said patently false statements about the aforementioned judges constitutes repeated violations of Rule 8.4(c), engaging in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation. Said conduct also violates 8.4(d), conduct that seriously interferes with the administration of justice.
Given the egregious nature of her willingness to repeatedly violate the Code of Conduct and in displaying her utter contempt for members of the Judiciary, I would respectfully assert that nothing less than a lengthy suspension and in truth disbarment should be visited upon her by this Committee. |
