Why don’t liberal justices on supreme court publicly display contempt for court right-wingers?
First and foremost, it is important to know that I am a lifelong registered Republican (ca. 1965 to date), meaning I am and have always been apolitical when it comes to the judiciary, whether state or federal.
Ever since Sen. O’Connell of Kentucky, violated every Senate rule to allow for the appointment of three right-wing justices, Brett “I like Beer” Kavanaugh, Neil M. Gorsuch, and Amy Coney Barrett to the court
These are reasonable actions Justice’s Katanai Brown Jackson, Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor, should really consider showing their utter contempt for the deplorable rulings emanating from the Roberts court. These simply expressions of contempt would relate to decisions they absolutely know the six right-wingers have already decided on.
One: When Roberts calls Justice Kagan, she should say, “You’ve interrupted me while I was reading a recent copy of “Spider Girl” comic book. Please move on.” Two: When he calls Justice Sotomayor, she should say, “Clearly, you saw me reading something, right? I thought you’d just a modicum of respect and not intentionally interfere while I’m reading “Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe” Three: When Roberts finally calls on Justice Jackson, she should say, “I don’t know what to say to you Mr. Roberts, but everyone here and that includes you, know for a fact that I was reading when you shouted out my name. I take offense to your shouting my name when you knew or should have known I was reading “College Scam” by my favorite author, the late Charlie Kirk.”
Follow up Media interviews
When doing an interview with the media, one or more of the so-called liberal justices is asked to explain their refusal to engage in oral arguments and instead were reading comic books or a book by Charlie Kirk, they should consider giving one the responses below.
Justice Sotomayor: “We saved the taxpayers of lot of money be reducing the page count for a transcript of the proceedings.” Justice Kagan: “My intent was to make it obvious that I wasn’t about to humor the other six by establishing the absurdity of the decision they already made. In other words, what would be accomplished, other than to be unjustly pilloried by Fox News or MAGA propogandists.” Justice Jackson: “My intent was to not be mocked by Alito or Thomas, who don’t care about the rights of minorities or women, so “m not there to humor then, so I invoked my right to remain silent, which I intend on doing every time there are oral arguments and I already know its 6 to three or 5 to four in favor of the die hard right wingers on the court.”
I only wish I was a Justice on the Court because I wouldn’t hesitate to trash talk the asinine arguments put forth by Justice Clarence “This Cokes’ for You” Thomas. |
