Attorney John Fisher Jr. of Fairhope, AL; slacker, loser

The state of Alabama presented John Tracy Fisher Jr. with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the Alabama School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with his client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to place the unearned portion of the retainer in trust
• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers
• Johnny deposited personal funds into his trust account on multiple occasions and made personal payments directly from that account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.thefisherlawfirm.com.  Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2025), Johnny practices his so-called brand of law in Fairhope, Alabama.
